Terms of Service
Refund Policy
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of interview coaching and related services provided by Interview Coaching Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a session or purchasing any service, you agree to the following:
Services Provided
We offer interview coaching, leadership interview coaching, and behavioural response development. These services do not include resume writing, resume editing, job placement, or recruitment services unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to update, change, or modify our services, pricing, packages, and policies at any time. Any changes will apply to future bookings and will not affect sessions or services already purchased.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, submitting job descriptions or documents on time, and attending scheduled sessions on time.
No Guarantee of Employment
Our coaching and guidance are designed to help you improve your interview performance; however, we do not guarantee interview outcomes or job offers.
Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, examples, and coaching content provided remain our intellectual property and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
Professional Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in disrespectful, inappropriate, or unethical behaviour.
Coaching Session
Payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session is booked. This is due to time allocation, preparation work, and limited availability.
Session Credit
If you need to reschedule outside the minimum notice period (see below), your payment will be held as a session credit for up to 3 months.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Notice Requirements
More than 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: A rescheduling fee of $40 applies.
No-show: The session is forfeited and no refund or credit is provided.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. No extended time or refunds are provided.
Coach Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we must cancel, you will be offered:
a new session time, or
a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Privacy Notice
Interview Coaching Studio is committed to protecting your privacy.
Information We Collect:
Name, email, contact details
Resumes, job descriptions, coaching notes
Information voluntarily shared during sessions
How We Use Your Information:
To deliver coaching services
To communicate with you
To improve client experience
For invoicing and administrative purposes
Confidentiality:
All information shared by clients is confidential and will not be disclosed unless required by law.
Data Security:
Client information may be stored securely via booking tools, payment processors, and document platforms.
Your Rights:
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
